Parental Involvement

A partnership for student success.

Parents are vital to The Villages Charter School Autism Center (TVCSAC) community, with their involvement in day-to-day activities. As part of our school charter, families are required to complete Parental Involvement Hours (“P.I. Hours”) each year as a condition of enrollment, such as service hours for chaperoning or volunteering in the cafeteria to informational hours like attending meetings and open houses.

To access the Parent Portal, volunteer calendar, handbook, or to learn more about Parental Involvement, click the links below.

Additional PI Information

As a part of The Villages Charter School (TVCS) family, Autism Center parents can earn PI hours by participating in TVCS events. Click the button below to learn more about the following opportunities and resources:

  • Earning PI hours
  • How hours are determined
  • Ways to volunteer

Attention Parents

It is recommended that you plan your activities and meet your obligation early each school year. We have developed a detailed Parent Involvement Handbook to help guide you through this process.

Please note: All PI hours are due by the last day of school
